What you’ll do (high-level):
Grow BVPN membership and support onboarding for local businesses
Build and maintain partnerships across the Bow Valley (business, tourism, non-profit, municipal)
Lead communications and visibility: website updates, newsletters, social content, success stories
Promote and support delivery of workshops, panels, and webinars
Track outcomes and support reporting (membership growth, engagement, participation)
You’re a strong match if you bring:
Strong understanding of 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion, DEI practices, and small-community context
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Experience in community engagement, project coordination, and/or marketing
Comfort working independently and remotely
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, and social media management
