Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or Affinity Groups are voluntary, employee-led communities within organizations that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by bringing together individuals with shared characteristics, interests, or experiences. These groups serve as platforms for networking, professional development, mentorship, and advocacy.
